Program Design

I co-design learning, leadership, and social-impact programs with organizations working across education, environmental action, community development, and leadership.

I can support the entire process - from defining the program’s purpose and outcomes to designing its frameworks, curriculum, participant journey, facilitation tools, implementation plan and MEL (monitoring, evaluation, and learning). I also help organizations examine and strengthen programs that are already underway.

I have worked with more than 50 organizations, including Sierra Club, Conservation International, L’Oréal Paris, International Rivers, Vital Voices, Numi Tea, and KraveBeauty and many more.

A strong curriculum is only as powerful as the people bringing it into the room.

I design and lead engaging trainings for teachers, facilitators, program teams, and organizational leaders. Sessions are practical, participatory, and tailored to the real situations participants face.

Trainings can focus on facilitation, project-based learning, curriculum implementation, systems thinking, ecological education, leadership development, or a program-specific approach developed for your organization.
