Green School for Educators
Green School, Bali was ready to scale to other regions. We encapsulated the flagship frameworks & curriculum, designed the educator trainings and learning systems to support the spread of Green School-aligned pedagogy world-wide.
Earthbound Traveling Semester
Created and ran the Earthbound traveling semester program for Green School, Bali back in 2016. We traveled with sixteen Middle and High School students for 4 months throughout Indonesia, Greece, Italy, and Morocco. Students. Through the of "The Rise and Fall of Civilizations Past and Present", students developed their writing skills sharing the stories of climate struggles and climate action with the world.


REAL School, Budapest
Role: School Design & Curriculum Collaboration
Supported the design and development of REAL School, Budapest's regenerative, project-based learning model in an international school context focused on real-world learning, nature-connected, and future-ready education.
Earth School, Hawaii
Role: School & Learning Program Design
Supported the development of a nature-based learning model grounded in hands-on learning, community connection, and environmental stewardship.


SOLFL, Miami
Role: School, Program & Curriculum Design
Supported the development of an earth-based, holistic learning model integrating wall-less learning, ecology, arts, and mentorship.
National AIDS Memorial
Role: Program and Curriculum Design as part of Helping People Help team.
Supported the design of a flagship intersectional leadership fellowship inspired by the successes and methodologies of the AIDS movement. We completed a phase 1 design process to get the program concept in place for necessary fundraising.


Women's Earth Alliance
Role: Senior Program Director & Program Architect
Since 2017, Sarita has led collaborative program design processes around the world that support women environmental and community leaders as well as the ecosystems they protect. She currently leads an international program team that spans Indonesia, Subsaharan Africa, Mexico, India, the US and US Territories and beyond.
