Our founding team created the first Earthbound traveling semester for Green School, Bali back in 2016.  The theme was "The Rise and Fall of Civilizations Past and Present".  We traveled with sixteen Middle and High School students for 4 months throughout Indonesia, Greece, Italy, and Morocco.  Students developed their writing skills sharing the stories of climate struggles and climate action with the world.  Click here to explore the world through their reporting:

Our founding team created a series of online and experiential trainings in Education for Sustainability for Green School, Bali. We have trained all incoming Green School teachers as well as hundreds of other educators around the world in how to ground their teaching practice in EFS pedagogy and design principles. Participating as an educator and consultant on their 2017 expedition to the Arctic, Jackie consulted the Students on Ice team about how to close the sustainability loop on their transformative youth expeditions.  Click here to learn more about how Students on Ice are helping youth tell their climate crisis stories and form community around climate justice and social justice.

Sarita is currently working on the development of  the Ripple Academy's blended learning trainings for women leaders around the world. She facilitated the creation of the Ripple Academy EARTH framework and the unique design tools used in the trainings.  She created the online learning platform and will help to run the courses. Jackie works as the Inspire Nunavut's Education Lead. In this role she guides curriculum development, teacher training and content delivery in a variety of settings and guided by a human design process. Click here to learn more about INSPIRE NUNAVUT

Sarita designed, ran and helped to secure funding for a Middle School garden leadership program for underserved youth in Richmond, California, Guided by the question of how EFS can look and feel within the public school system, she focused on addressing the critical skills students need to develop in order to  thrive in today's word through the hard skills of garden design and stewardship.  Click here to see a video about DIGGING DEEP.

Jackie is creating a centre for self directed teens, mentoring teens 13-19 toward individualized learning plans and engagement in personal passion projects. 

Our founding team is currently engaged in a human design process with a dynamic group of school creators all around the world. We are facilitating the development of a global network of micro-schools centered around EFS.
